soccer was your sport, you also enjoyed playing basketball, and baseball...you were just becoming a young lady. you started dating a boy from school, chad, who had a car...5 of you got in that car that day, that beautiful sunny day...chad made a very bad choice and drove 72 mph. down buell road...he lost control and you and miranda phelps died. nobody really knows why chad was speeding and racing down this dangerous road...the other kids, who were in other cars won't tell, but they will have to live the guilt for the rest of their lives...only the truth shall set you free! chad and the 2 other boys were injured. chad was tried as a juvanile, and got one year at hillcrest with home visitation...i cannot feel anything for this boy...he made a very bad choice that killed our children...i know this will haunt him forever, but not as much as it haunts your little mom and brothers and sisters and dad, and grandmas and grandpas....i am glad god was merciful with you and miranda. i am sure the injuries were devastating!!!!!

i know that one thing is for certain, i will call parents and let them know if i see their kid driving badly! then i will call the police...their is no room for an ego behind the wheel of a deadly machine.....you will be missed so very deeply everyday of our lives...and our lives ended that day too!
